Food Futures

Food Futures is a triad of Art, Science, and Technology that speculates on the future of our food production, consumption, and distribution models by 2050. Phase 1 is the design and installation of the Hydro and Aquaponics Units.  Phase 2 will be data collection and analysis. Phase 3 will be folding our findings back into the user experience for visitors.
